1. Our Promise
Every Sebestian fragrance is checked by hand before it leaves us. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or not as it should be, we will make it right with a replacement or a full refund.
2. Damaged, Leaking or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order on arrival. If a bottle is damaged, leaking, tampered with, or not the item you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and outer packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping charges.
3. Returns on Unopened Products
For hygiene reasons, fragrances can only be returned for other reasons (for example, a change of mind) within 7 days of delivery, and only when:
- The bottle is unused and the box is sealed, with the cellophane intact.
- Gift sets are returned complete, with every item unopened.
- Accessories are unused and in their original packaging.
For these returns, the cost of return shipping is borne by the customer and is not refundable.
4. How to Request a Return or Replacement
Email us at care@sebestian.in with your order number, contact details, the reason for the request and photos of the product. Once approved, we will schedule a reverse pickup where the courier permits perfume, or share drop-off instructions.
5. Refunds & Processing Timelines
Returned items are inspected on arrival, and we will confirm approval or rejection within 3 business days of receipt.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method and may take 5 to 7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are refunded by bank transfer or store credit.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or incorrect:
- Opened or used fragrances, or boxes with a broken seal.
- Samples and discovery vials.
- Gift cards and personalised items.
