1. Where We Ship
We currently deliver across India. Perfume is alcohol-based and classed as a restricted item by couriers, so a small number of pincodes may not be serviceable — this is checked when you enter your address at checkout.
2. Processing Times
Orders are packed and dispatched within 2 to 4 business days; during peak periods this may extend to 5 business days. You will receive an email with your courier and tracking link as soon as your order leaves us.
3. Delivery Timelines
Fragrances travel by surface courier only, as air carriers do not accept them. Estimated transit times, after dispatch:
- Metro cities: 4 to 6 business days.
- Rest of India: 5 to 8 business days.
- Remote pincodes: up to 10 business days.
4. Shipping Charges
Any shipping charge is calculated at checkout from your order and delivery address, and shown before you pay.
5. Packaging
Every bottle ships in its Sebestian box inside protective outer packaging, sealed against leaks and marked for careful handling.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your order, or the parcel arrives damaged, write to us at care@sebestian.in within 48 hours with photographs of the outer packaging and the product, and we will raise a claim with the courier and arrange a replacement.
